Restaurant Floater

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Restaurant Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded skill set that includes cooking, bartending, serving, and small banquet duties

As a Restaurant Floater, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by preparing quality meals, crafting beverages, or providing attentive table service. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• →Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• →Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and bar area.
• →Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• →Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• →Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• →Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• →Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Flexible to assist in kitchen, dining room, and bar operations as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
