• Take ownership of and deliver on all Member and guest requests and any subsequent issues that may arise in the shopping process.
• Follow specific instructions and requests throughout the shopping process. 
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to make decisions quickly, considering the expectations of Members and business policies.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication via email, phone, and in person with a variety of recipients and contacts.
• Work well under pressure and in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Provide exceptional, world-class service when interacting with Members, guests, and clients in both private residences and virtual meetings.

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required.
