Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. →Assist in receiving inventory and non-inventory items for the purpose of ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct.
→Clean warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
→Deliver a variety of items to Yellowstone Club recipients for the purpose of distributing items from internal or external sources.
→Drive vehicles (e.g. truck, van, forklift, etc.) for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites.
→Load and unload delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport.
→Maintain delivery vehicles (e.g. checking fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicle.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain records (e.g. delivery log, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing reliable resource information.
Transport a variety of items for the purpose of receiving and/or delivering materials on both scheduled and unscheduled pickup and delivery routes.

Work with warehouse staff to strategically organize and stage inventories, and furniture, fixtures and equipment in the Warehouse.

Conduct inventory counts.
Conduct daily maintenance checks of delivery vehicles
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
Perform work in a safe and high quality manner.

Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required; previous work experience in Warehouse setting.

Commercial driving experience; Experience performing inventory counts through management systems

Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record

Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
