Server

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences through attentive, personalized service. This role ensures all guests receive professional, efficient, and memorable service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

• →Provide warm, genuine, and anticipatory guest service at all times
• →Execute full steps of service in accordance with property standards
• →Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• →Guide guests through menu selections, including food and beverage pairings
• →Accurately input orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
• →Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• →Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution
• →Handle payments and close checks accurately

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
