The Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh North is undergoing a renovation and is accepting applications to add to our F&B team in our Bistro for a Bartender/Cook. This position is from 4:30pm - 9:00pm+ and includes ringing up items, make alcoholic beverages & cook simple items.

This position is part time paying $13.50 - $15.00 base + tips

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bistro, ensuring proper storage of alcohol & food.

• Prepare beverages & menu items in accordance with existing standards.

• Accept and process orders from guests and servers promptly and professionally.

• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies (no cash tabs).

• Complete opening and closing duties as outlined on checklists.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen & bar area

.• Manage inventory of soda, juices, beer, and other bar supplies, ensuring proper rotation and stock levels.
