• →Lead the daily operations of the HVAC Installation Department
• →Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, productivity, and job completion
• →Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards
• →Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top installation talent
• →Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, and performance coaching sessions
• →Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
• →Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer communication
• →Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• →Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability

• Previous leadership experience managing HVAC installations, construction, field operations, or service teams
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
