Responsibilities

→Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
→Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices
→Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
→Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents
→Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
