We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator/Specialist with at least 2 years of experience managing and supporting Atlassian tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining Atlassian platforms to support business and project delivery needs.

Responsibilities

→Administer and maintain Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Jira Service Management.
→Configure and manage workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.
→Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot system issues, and implement upgrades and patches.
→Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access controls across Atlassian environments.
→Design, implement, and maintain integrations with third-party applications and plugins.
→Develop and enforce governance standards, naming conventions, and platform best practices.
→Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training to project teams and stakeholders.
→Automate repetitive administrative tasks and continuously improve platform efficiency.
→Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
→Stay current with Atlassian product updates and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience administering Atlassian products or similar collaboration and project management platforms.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Jira Service Management.
Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards, and automation.
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, ITSM, or DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Atlassian certifications are preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

2+ years supporting, administering, or migrating Atlassian environments.
Experience in Application Support, DevOps, Software Engineering, System Administration, IT Operations, or Enterprise Collaboration Platforms.
Exposure to Cloud migration, CI/CD tooling, ITSM processes, or enterprise application integrations.
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
