Leasing Summer 2027 Internship - Dallas, TX

• →Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• →Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• →Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• →Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• →Create and use sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• →Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• →Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

• Experience using CRM programs.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize high-impact activities.
• A hands-on, team-player attitude with a strong execution orientation.
