E‑learning curriculum designers and digital learning specialists: apply your expertise to make learning more dynamic, engaging, and interactive for Jamaican students.

Jamaican students are at risk of falling behind in a rapidly evolving digital world. With limited training opportunities for teachers, scarce digital tools, and a shortage of well-adapted e-learning resources, it’s proven difficult to integrate of technology effectively in schools. The Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information is committed to modernizing instruction so young people are better prepared for the future workforce. Junior Achievement Jamaica (JAJ)—a nonprofit dedicated to youth education in entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy—is ready to strengthen its capacity to use technology effectively across its programs. JAJ’s flagship Junior Achievement BizTown program gives grade 5 and 6 students an immersive, hands‑on experience in a simulated mini‑city where they learn essential life and workforce skills. To ensure this powerful experience reaches more students and meets modern learning needs, JAJ aims to expand its digital capabilities.
