• Manage business operations: Coordinate administrative requirements, approvals, documentation, and recurring operational activities for the International Business team.
• Drive execution: Track deliverables, action items, dependencies, and deadlines; proactively follow up and escalate risks to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Risk and other teams to ensure requirements are aligned and completed.
• Improve operational efficiency: Maintain trackers and dashboards, standardize recurring processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend simpler ways of working.
• Provide business visibility and support: Prepare business review and planning materials, maintain accurate records, and enable managers to focus on strategic and functional priorities.
