• →Lead the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and product enhancements on Integral Life and AS400 platforms.

• →Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutions within agreed SLA.

• →Own solution design and provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle.

• →Perform hands-on analysis, product setup, programming, testing, implementation, and production support when required.

• →Identify technical risks, system pain points, and delivery issues, and take timely action to address them.

• →Ensure solutions comply with SMART/400 design standards, architecture principles, security requirements, and technology governance.

• →Deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.

• →Effectively monitor and provide clear progress updates to line manager and key stakeholders.

• →Coach junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• →Contribute to broader technology priorities, including security, compliance, resilience, and platform sustainability.

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in the Integral Life system within life insurance technology.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and product configuration.
• Experience in Integral Life product setup, development, and system functions.
• Good understanding of SMART/400 methodology and the technology development lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AS400, COBOL, Control Language, and SQL development.
• Experience in technology project delivery and business analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative and positive mindset, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Ability to coach others, manage differing views, and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
