Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure appropriate for practice in Texas.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and provide professional, compassionate patient care.
Comfortable working in an active construction environment, including climbing stairs and working at heights when necessary.
Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.
Flexibility to accept occasional shifts based on clinic needs and personal availability.

Previous experience in occupational health, construction site medical services, or workplace injury management.
Background in EMS, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Experience with workers' compensation or Return-to-Work programs.
