Responsibilities

  • →Greet and assist patients and families
  • →Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
  • →Explain treatment plans and payment options
  • →Answer phones and respond to patient questions
  • →Follow up with new and existing patients
  • →Work closely with the orthodontist and team
  • →Provide excellent customer service
  • →Maintain accurate patient records
  • →Travel reliably between our office locations as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Comfortable working with patients and families
  • Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our locations
