Hampton Inn Colchester / Burlington, VT

Are you a hands-on housekeeping leader who takes pride in spotless rooms, an organized department, and a team that delivers? We want to hear from you!

We’re seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations and ensure our hotel is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities

→Lead, train, schedule, and coach the housekeeping and laundry teams.
→Inspect guest rooms and public areas to uphold Hilton brand standards.
→Manage staffing, productivity, linen, supplies, and inventory.
→Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance on room readiness and guest needs.
→Promote safe work practices and hold the team accountable for quality.

Experienced hotel housekeeping leaders with strong team management, room inspection, and organizational skills. Hilton or Hampton experience is a plus. You should be comfortable working alongside your team and available for weekends and holidays as needed.
