Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within SharePoint Online environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to create scalable and maintainable software.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing SharePoint Online applications for performance and reliability.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
