This is an event‑based Licensed Security Guard role providing security coverage for City of Jacksonville events, with locations determined by each event’s needs across the Jacksonville area.

Control of entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
Patrol of perimeters.
Inspection of security and fire exposures.

→High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
→Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
→State security license strongly preferred.
