Regional Director, SE Asia Sales Initiatives (Non-executive)

Bachelor’s Degree.

12+ years of aviation industry experience with a focus on project/program management and company strategy development & execution.

3+ years of experience working across different business units and disciplines to drive collaboration and results.

Be proficient using Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Willing to work variable hours as needed to interact with customers and colleagues in other regions and time zones.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time, domestic and international.

Master’s Degree is highly preferred.

Experience working with global markets, especially Southeast Asia.

Experience building enduring and effective relationships with C-suite, executives, senior management, and team leaders to achieve business goals (both internal and external to an organization).

Experience working with aviation-related government policies and/or regulatory agencies.

CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management) or PMP Certification.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This is an international local hire employee position. Base pay and benefits are determined in line with local labor market practices.
