Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Facebook, by maintaining an active online presence and supporting audience development initiatives.

Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding promptly and professionally while helping foster a positive and engaged online community.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and audience growth, and prepare basic reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Trend Research: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and industry best practices to keep content relevant, timely, and engaging.
