The Senior Analyst, Investment Research will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of investment operations across managed portfolios. Conduct daily reviews of algorithm-generated trade orders across managed investment portfolios to verify accuracy, identify anomalies, and resolve irregularities before orders are submitted to the trading desk.

Monitor trade activity and investigate unusual orders, discrepancies, and potential operational risks, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and accurately.

Perform systematic reviews of managed accounts to identify operational bottlenecks, workflow inefficiencies, and recurring trading or portfolio management issues.

Execute daily portfolio management and trading support activities using a disciplined, process-oriented approach that prioritizes accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal trading desks and investment operations teams to coordinate trade execution, resolve operational challenges, and maintain reliable investment workflows.

Partner with product and engineering teams to improve trading processes, strengthen portfolio monitoring capabilities, and identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.

Analyze operational data and trading patterns to identify recurring issues, assess potential risks, and recommend practical process improvements.

Communicate operational risks, trade discrepancies, and emerging issues clearly to relevant stakeholders, supporting timely investigation and resolution.
