Monitor daily Work Order progress to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly and according to the established timeline.
Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Team, Regional Supervisor/Inspector, Dispatch Team, Technician Team, Permit Team, and customers to support the customer onboarding process.
Assist in delivering Work Orders to the Sales Active stage by coordinating with relevant teams and following up on outstanding requirements.
Maintain and update Work Order progress records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Support administrative activities and documentation related to customer onboarding and Work Order management.

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication Studies, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proactive and able to monitor work progress, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate effectively with multiple teams and customers.
