The Lead Treasury Specialist - Treasury Operations serves as the primary subject matter expert for the global bank account lifecycle. This role provides critical support in executing banking strategy, ensuring rigorous risk governance, and maintaining operational compliance. The lead will drive process transformation and provide data-driven insights to ensure the company's banking infrastructure remains scalable, compliant, and cost-effective. This role sits within the Treasury function, which develops and executes banking, funding, liquidity, and exposure management strategies for the enterprise.

· Experience: 7+ years in Treasury, Banking Strategy, or financial operations.

· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of bank account governance, KYC/AML frameworks, and the full lifecycle of due diligence (opening, modification, and closure).

· Influence & Collaboration: Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence cross-functional teams to achieve consensus.

· Continuous Improvement: Strong track record of implementing Lean/Kaizen practices to drive process efficiency.

· Analytical Leadership: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Visio) and executive-level reporting.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, CTP, or CPA preferred.
