Financial and Risk Management Consulting: Deliver customized financial and risk management consulting services to dairy farm owners, using specialized tools and resources to assess business performance, identify vulnerabilities, and improve profitability.

Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and recommend tailored solutions, including Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP), Livestock Risk Protection (LRP), forward contracting, and other revenue and margin management strategies to help producers navigate market volatility.

Business Analysis and Planning: Analyze farm financial statements, production costs, market conditions, and business performance to provide actionable recommendations that support sound financial decisions and sustainable growth.

Trusted Advisor Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with dairy producers and cooperative members, serving as their primary point of contact for financial consulting, risk management, and business planning services.

Producer Education and Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and insights on dairy farm profitability, financial management, and risk mitigation to help producers strengthen their business knowledge.

On-Farm Collaboration: Facilitate on-farm profit team meetings, bringing together relevant stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions.

Industry Analysis and Insights: Prepare industry and membership financial analyses, market insights, and reports to support strategic decisions, member engagement initiatives, and broader risk management priorities.
