This position manages administrative and operational staff, fostering effective collaboration between the department/division, clinical site personnel and contracted hospital partners. This position is responsible for each divisional clinic's budget development, tracking and execution. Focuses on patient communication, scheduling, and access as well as clinical and clerical work flow to support patient care and service. This position facilitates process improvement, implementation of the long-range plans, short-term goals, and overall strategic plans.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field AND five (5) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting

1. Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.

1. Experience with managed care issues/patient access.

2. Experience in the operations facet of a large multi-site physician practice plan.
