Store Manager – Rowe Farms Bloor West Village

• →Run the store end to end: sales, budget, labour, shrink, and the store's results
• →Hire, schedule, train and develop your team, and build a culture people want to stay in
• →Keep the counter and floor merchandised to Rowe Farms standards
• →Own inventory and ordering, and make the calls on stock control and shrink
• →Make sure food safety and health & safety standards are met on every shift
• →Build relationships with regulars and the neighbourhood
• →Work alongside managers at our other Rowe Farms, VG Meats and Olliffe stores

• Experience managing a team in food retail, grocery, specialty food or hospitality
• A track record with budgets, labour and sales, and comfort reading the numbers
• Strong customer service and the ability to lead from the floor
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation
• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Meat or butcher counter knowledge
• Ministry of Labour Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness certificate, Food Handler certification, First Aid
• An interest in regenerative farming and where food comes from
