Offshore Wind - Service Technician II (f/m/d)

• →Be responsible for the execution of all service-related tasks with respect to EHS (ToolBoxTalks, Incident Reporting, etc.), Electrical Safety (LOTO), Taking over the Anlagenverantwortung (ANLV) while working on the WEC.
• →Coordinate and perform administrative activities as per relevant service processes, including tracking work activities, manage component/parts deliveries to/from your location or on the SOV.
• →Participate in process & quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback on lessons learned to your team lead.
• →Able to coordinate the team work timings to align with marine transfer pickup times.
• →Able to react on short notice work condition changes due to changes in the planning or weather related.
• →Willing to be a nominated person for reoccurring inspections or other dedicated works scopes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• →Technical qualification in an electrical discipline through vocational training, apprenticeship, or a comparable educational pathway.
• →Willingness and ability to work offshore in a rotational work environment.
• →Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, locations, and cultures.
• →English language proficiency required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the position.
  

Desired Characteristics

• →Experience in offshore wind or a related technical field is preferred.
• →Strong motivation, a proactive mindset, and effective communication skills.
• →Ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance on Avanti Pegasus XL service lifts in accordance with manufacturer specifications is advantageous.
• →Ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance on Palfinger PSM400 service cranes in accordance with manufacturer specifications is advantageous.
• →Rope access experience is advantageous.
• →Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• →German language skills are advantageous.
