Requirements:

Nationally accredited certification in aerobics or fitness instruction (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred)
Certifications in specific fitness class formats preferred (HIIT, Circuit, Strength, Yoga, etc.)
Experience leading exercise classes for clients of all fitness levels

Special Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate and engage participants in a group setting

Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and engaging exercise classes
Maintain all required certifications and education requirements
Follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures accurately
Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and standards
Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism and model behavior consistent with the company’s mission
Respond to member questions or concerns, escalating to management as needed
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
Comply with all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
