→Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
→3+ years of experience in marketing data analytics, ecommerce, or digital marketing, with strong hands-on analytical skills (Excel, SQL, and/or Python; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
→Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel (upper, mid, and lower) and how each stage maps to the consumer decision-making journey.
→Proven experience working with ecommerce platform data across Southeast Asia (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), including user journey mapping and marketing-driven GMV analysis.
→Demonstrated ability to turn marketing data into commercial insight, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
→Experience partnering with Business Development teams to build marketing-led proposals that support new business.
→Working knowledge of digital shelf, planogram, and cross-merchandising principles as they apply to commercial strategy.
→Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define actionable KPIs and growth recommendations.
→Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to work cross-functionally and across regional markets.
→Business fluency in English.
