Responsibilities

→Support the Department Manager with daily operations and staff supervision.
→Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
→Ensure excellent communication with all departments
→Manage staff rotas, delegate tasks, and support team development.
→Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and product quality.
→Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health and safety.
→Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally.

Requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing, logistics or warehouse operations.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to motivate teams and manage performance effectively.
Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.
IT literate with experience of stock control or warehouse systems.
Food manufacturing or FMCG experience.
Forklift licence (Counterbalance).
Experience of intake, goods-in, warehouse or inventory management operations.
