Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman with a proven track record of delivering internal finishes from first fix through to handover. The role involves managing subcontractor packages across dry lining, fit-out and finishing trades, coordinating works on site, reviewing drawings and specifications, driving short-term programmes, and ensuring quality standards are achieved through inspections and compliance with project specifications.

• →Working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers, management, and more coordinating and managing all activities onsite
• →Planning and overseeing the site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in place prior to the project launch
• →Taking ownership for ensuring that HSEQS protocols are adhered to on sites at all times
• →Maintaining quality control procedures at all time, reporting to the Regional Director 

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing key stakeholder relationships 

• Completed a third level qualification
