Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

As our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will be a cornerstone of our leadership team, ensuring that our nursing staff delivers the highest standard of care. You’ll help shape clinical practices, mentor emerging leaders, and foster a culture of empathy, excellence, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and the overall quality of our healthcare services.

• →Current RN license in Nevada required
• →Bachelor’s degree in nursing BSN strongly preferred
• →Minimum one (1) year of direct psychiatric nursing experience required
• →Minimum three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, ideally in behavioral healthcare settings
• →Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care
• →Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• →A passion for mentoring and developing nursing talent
• →Ability to stabilize acute psychotic and non-violent crisis' by using accepted intervention techniques
