ServiceMaster Restore of Salem | Full-Time | $23–$28 per hour

ServiceMaster Restore is a top-performing franchise serving five counties throughout the region. We specialize in restoring properties and peace of mind following property damage caused by water, fire, smoke, and other unexpected events. This position focuses specifically on the reconstruction phase after the initial damage and mitigation work has been completed, helping homeowners and businesses rebuild and return their properties to pre-loss condition. Our services include rough and finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and other reconstruction work.

*******This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in the carpentry field. *******

Compensation:

$23-28/hour depending on experience

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
Has experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
Has knowledge of drywall repairs and painting.
Is organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and Project Managers.
Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail.
Is comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app to document work and upload photos.
Works well independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Must be able to meet the rotating evening and weekend on-call requirements.
