At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. We have a global governance structure ensuring planning and inventory meet both business targets and customer expectations. Our organization is responsible for creating demand, inventory and supply plans, as well as monitoring the execution of these plans.

Additionally, we coordinate the flow of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. We serve as the central hub for communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, covering forecasts, orders, delivery information and invoicing.

The team operates within a dynamic global Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) framework and collaborates extensively with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product Management and Operations.
