• →Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.
• →Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.
• →Negotiate with airline or vendor for charges incurred and follow margin guideline to propose sell rate.
• →Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• →Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.
• →Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps.
• →Continuously review and improve work processes to ensure alignment with current operational requirements and evolving customer expectations
• →Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

• Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree of any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain/Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in airfreight or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations; Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with customs and trade control regulations; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability in airfreight planning and coordination, including direct engagement with airlines, terminals, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week
