Warehouse and Distribution Operative

• →Understanding of the use of MRP computer systems

• →Physical inventory accounting & reporting through Cycle Counting

• →Management of excess stock physically and on MRP system in line with accounts procedures. Maintain MRP system stock accuracy.

• →Issue of parts and material to a works & Sales order(s) using the appropriate procedure.

• →Visual Inspection, Counting and checking of incoming materials and components.

• →General administration and filing

• →Supporting the Business in the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Health and safety initiatives

• →Receive cartons and pallets into the dispatch area from several other areas of the business. Check and record paperwork and information received with cartons.

• →Cross reference information received against database to determine method of shipment.
