Dock & Door Service Technician

Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and prefer being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk all day?

Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is looking for a Dock & Door Service Technician to join our growing service team!

In this role, you'll work directly with customers to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service the equipment that keeps their operations running safely and efficiently. From commercial overhead doors and dock levelers to safety equipment and hydraulic systems, every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to put your skills to work.

And here's a bonus: We provide your service vehicle, cover the maintenance, and give you a company gas card!

Here's what you can look forward to:

  High school diploma or equivalent.

  1–5 years of relevant mechanical, maintenance, repair, or service experience preferred.

• →

  Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

• →

  Ability to work independently, manage your time, and adapt to changing priorities.

• →

  Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• →

  A clean driving record and commitment to safe driving.

• →

  Ability to lift and/or move 75 pounds or more.

• →

  Willingness to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor conditions and varying temperatures.

• Commercial or industrial overhead doors and dock equipment.

• Welding, fabrication, or cutting torches.

• Forklifts, scissor lifts, or other industrial equipment.

• AC/DC electrical systems, motor controls, and wiring.

• Hydraulic systems and mechanical equipment repair.
