General Manager (or equivalent senior leadership) experience managing a campground or RV resort.
Experience leading cross-functional operations and developing teams.
Strong financial and operational leadership experience.
A hands-on leader who is willing and able to personally contribute to daily campground operations, not just oversee them.
Proficiency using computers and business software independently, with the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
Strong communication, follow-through, and commitment to established processes and accountability.
