Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience.
• Experience architecting enterprise applications and databases that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, high availability, containers, and server-less technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the areas such as Cloud Native Design Patterns, Microservices and API Strategy.
• Experience in java, web application development and associated skills in a high-stakes environment.
• Strong working knowledge of software development technologies, specifically high volume solutions.
• Experience with Smart / FHIR implementations.
• Experience developing fault tolerant distributed systems is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Agile Software Development mechanics.
• Background in Service Oriented Architecture, micro services architecture implementation, service versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management.
• 10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, business continuity, or resiliency roles
• Experience leading enterprise-wide DR testing programs
• Knowledge of healthcare applications and clinical operations
• Strong executive presentation and governance experience
• Audit and regulatory exposure
• Experience responding to major outages or cyber incidents
• Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, PMP, CISSP, or CRISC
