High Reach Forklift Driver

Pay: $21.75/hr

• →Operate a Raymond stand-up high reach forklift to safely move products, equipment, and materials throughout the facility
• →Put away palletized units by lifting forks and placing them into racks above floor height, including upper reserve and double-deep locations
• →Pick palletized units from elevated rack locations and prepare them for outbound shipment
• →Safely remove pallets from storage locations while maintaining product integrity and adherence to safety protocols
• →Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system to track inventory, including product counts, weights, and condition
• →Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, or other lifting devices
• →Perform up-stacking and down-stacking in pick locations to maintain efficient inventory flow
• →Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklists to ensure safe operation
• →Monitor battery charge levels, perform basic battery maintenance and cleaning, and return equipment to designated charging stations

• →Operate and assist with other material handling equipment and machinery as required
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
• →Follow all safety regulations and procedures within warehouse operations

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating High Reach Forklift
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice-directed picking systems)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs / 27 kgs (weight may vary by facility)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
• Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times
