As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead by example as an active seller while helping oversee daily store operations, coaching Wireless Specialists, and creating a positive, high-performing team environment.   Why Russell Cellular? Actively sell Verizon products and services while meeting individual sales goals. Help drive store performance by reinforcing sales behaviors, coaching team members, and ensuring accountability. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees. Conduct sales observations, performance coaching, and developmental training with team members. Assist with scheduling, timekeeping review, and maintaining appropriate store coverage. Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, inventory counts, device security checks, and inventory audits. Help reconcile cash deposits and maintain accurate operational records. Assist with resolving escalated customer concerns and billing issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Serve as the acting leader in the Store Manager's absence.   What We're Looking For Previous retail sales experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. A passion for helping others succeed and creating a positive team culture. Proven ability to achieve sales goals and influence team performance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
