You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Using technology to document activity, you will work collaboratively with site personnel while demonstrating our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

• →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• →Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions, hazards, damaged property, or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• →Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
