We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based law firm specializing in workplace injury claims.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience supporting U.S. attorneys in Workers’ Compensation matters who are looking for long-term professional growth in a structured remote environment.

• →Assist attorneys with Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through resolution.
• →Draft and prepare legal documents, forms, and correspondence.
• →Request and follow up on medical records and billing statements.
• →Communicate with clients and provide case updates.
• →Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines.
• →Schedule depositions, hearings, and medical evaluations.
• →Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
• →Assist with discovery preparation and document organization.
• →Update case information within case management systems.

• Mandatory experience working with U.S. law firms.
• Previous Workers’ Compensation experience required.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Experience with case management systems such as Filevine, Clio, Needles, or similar is a plus.
• Strong professional communication skills with U.S.-based clients and legal teams.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
