Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Construction Labourer with a minimum of 3 years of construction experience and practical grademan skills. The ideal candidate will assist with general construction activities, site preparation, grading, and levelling to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labour duties, including digging, shovelling, loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, backfilling, and land levelling.
• Perform grading work to ensure surfaces are level and meet project specifications.
• Measure, spread, and level soil, gravel, and other construction materials.
• Use laser levels and other grading tools to establish and verify elevations and grades.
• Assist with preparing construction sites for building and other activities.
• Follow grading plans, measurements, and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Use hand tools and grading equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction labour, including practical grademan skills.
• Hands-on experience with grading, levelling, and site preparation.
• Ability to operate and use a laser level for grading, levelling, and checking elevations.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and grading techniques.
• Ability to read grade stakes, basic measurements, and elevation markers and follow grading instructions.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift materials as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
