Assist in organizing and supporting SLT events and General Office activities.
Perform document-related system administration, including document sorting, data scanning, data entry, checking, editing, and database management.
Support communication and coordination activities to ensure smooth document handling and daily office operations.
Maintain timely communication and support operational continuity by being available through a laptop or mobile phone when needed.

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate with a background in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiar with Google Workspace.
Possess good communication and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to manage documents and administrative data accurately and systematically.
Disciplined, responsible, and committed to supporting daily office operations.
Willing to be placed at Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
