- →Operate and maintain a basic understanding of food processing and packaging equipment
- →Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- →Understand and follow USDA and HACCP guidelines
- →Rotate through various positions on the production line as needed
- →Be open to cross-training and assist in other tasks or departments when required
- →Perform other duties as assigned
