Arconic Aluminum Extrusion serves the global aerospace and automotive markets with the most specialized engineering, highest quality, and the greatest breadth and depth of forgings and extrusions. •    Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
•    Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
•    Must have applicable experience solving problems and understanding customer specifications and procedures
•    Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
•    Ability to review and interpret data
•    Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
•    This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 
•    A minimum of 2-5 years of manufacturing experience or experience in a laboratory environment
•    Single point accountability in regard to writing, maintaining, and controlling certain measurement assurance manuals and processes relative to various physical-testing procedures used within the laboratory
•    Training other laboratory technicians in the operation of test equipment and procedures pertaining to assigned processes. 
•    Experience in sawing, machining, testing and chemical analysis
•    Knowledgeable to monitor and maintain control charts critical to sustaining AS9100 and Nadcap certification
•    Understanding the importance of laboratory cleanliness and safety requirements
•    Able to be self-sufficient in a fast-paced environment to achieve departmental and plant goals
