· Provides outstanding Customer Service to all members and/or guests, ensuring that everyone is greeted in a polite, engaging manner upon their entrance to the fitness center.

· Arrives on time, in uniform, and ready to begin scheduled shift

· Greets each and every guest with a smile and direct eye contact.

· Adheres, informs, and enforces the policies of CCC at all times.

· Ensures that all members and guests that use the facility are checked into Jonas Ensures proper supervision is maintained when it is necessary to leave the area.

· Communicates effectively with Fitness Director or appropriate staff regarding members requests, concerns, and needs, facility incidents, facility operation, and all other relevant matters.

· Remains up to date and knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively answer questions and make recommendations to members and/or guests.

· Goes the extra mile for members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers, etc. Makes reservations for spa services and personal training, when applicable.

· Maintains sanitized equipment through out a scheduled shift. Enforces other sanitary guidelines. Keeps area clear of clutter and personal effects.

· Sets up and tears down group exercise equipment as part of opening or closing procedures and as needed

· Helps ensure facility is only accessed by current members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times.

· Informs co-worker(s) of pertinent information at the end of the shift. Maintains and updates staff communication book.

· Receives payments for goods through the POS system. Reconciles daily sales and receipts through an End of Shift Report.

· Assists other club staff when needed.

· Ability to lift a 45lb weight plate off the floor and onto a rack.

Experience working in a country club setting is preferred
