Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) The Villages, FL A well-established outpatient primary care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for its The Villages, Florida location. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No inpatient responsibilities Patient mix includes managed care, fee-for-service, and traditional Medicare Gradual ramp-up with 6–8 patients daily for new providers Established physicians average 12–15 patients per day 40-minute new patient visits 30-minute follow-up visits Shared telephone call rotation of approximately 1:12, one week at a time Office support staff Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $230,000 | Performance bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) Short-term and long-term disability coverage Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Three weeks of PTO One week of CME Qualifications MD or DO 1–2 years of experience in primary care preferred Board certification or board eligibility not required - ACNs accepted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one This position provides the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships in a collaborative outpatient practice with excellent support and competitive compensation.
