→Wash and clean interior and exterior windows throughout designated areas of the resort.
→Clean glass railings, partitions, and other glass surfaces as assigned.
→Remove dirt, streaks, water spots, and environmental buildup from windows and glass.
→Safely operate window-cleaning equipment, ladders, and other necessary tools.
→Follow all safety procedures when working at heights or in elevated areas.
→Inspect windows and surrounding areas for damage, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards and report issues as needed.
→Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure they remain in good working condition.
→Use cleaning products and equipment in accordance with established safety guidelines.
→Assist with seasonal cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
→Maintain a professional appearance and work efficiently while minimizing disruption to resort guests and operations.
→Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift heavier items as required by the position.
