Requirements

3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience, including direct supervision of hourly teams
Experience with trailer unloading, conveyor operations, or high-volume inbound environments
Proven ability to drive productivity, attendance, and safety results
Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with client leadership
Experience tracking labor, productivity, and performance metrics (Excel or similar)
Able to work overnight shifts and a weekend schedule
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) and background check, and complete E-Verify
